Wow, I can't believe it's been over twenty five years since I started doing this job and it's been an incredible journey so far.
Each project delivering unique experience, filled with different people, places, and challenges .
Yes, it can be exciting but also requires a certain set of skills like remaining calm under pressure, being flexible, diplomatic, and persistent. And of course, having a sense of humor and a good playlist always helps too! But despite the ups and downs, I wouldn't trade this job for anything or almost anything.

I firmly believe no matter the nature of the project, it can be crafted in a supportive and optimistic work environment without sacrificing efficiency or relinquishing control over the set. It is crucial to comprehend the challenges faced by the crew in carrying out their duties and to treat everyone with dignity, all while ensuring the production remains on schedule.
